The sustainable period cup is a healthy and easy-to-use option providing up to 12 hours of protection every day. Designed to last 10 years, it can help to save over 2,500 disposable period products from going to landfill, as well as minimising your carbon footprint.

The nüdie cup is made with medical-grade nontoxic silicone that is BPA and latex free. IT has a rounded rim for easy insertion and a comfortable fit, as well as an easy-to-hold Pebble™ pull for hassle free removal, unlike the rough stems of other menstrual cup. The nüdie is also made with Tri-flow™ air release holes to keep you feeling fresh and protected day or night.

Each nüdie cup comes with a helpful guide and a small cotton bag for on-the-go storage.
