The Chocolate Tree’s Gianduja bean to bar dairy free chocolate bar is made using premium heritage cacao from Madagascar, Colombia, Peru and Venezuela. It is precisely roasted, winnowed and then slowly conched and matured to create matured chocolate with a fine flavour in a factory in Scotland.
The Gianduja is created by grinding heritage cacao with hazelnuts to create a smooth nutty chocolate alternative that was originally produced in the Piedmonte region of Northern Italy during Napoleonic times.
Please note: Dairy is used in the Chocolate Tree factory.
Cocoa content - 40%. Store in a cool, dry place.
Suitable for vegans and gluten free.
