What if I need to return something in the deal?
Returns are covered by our standard terms and conditions - however, if you return one or more items from the deal, the deal will be withdrawn. Any refund due for the returned item will have the original price of the item that was discounted deducted from it.
Terms and Conditions
Purchase One (or more) qualifying items from the offer to take advantage of the offer of discounted item(s).
Items from different promotions cannot be mixed - for the purposes of calculating the discounted item; all items must come from the same promotion.
We will happily exchange any product returned in accordance with our returns policy for an alternative of up to the same value provided it is within the same offer. Payment will be charged for any price difference where any exchanged product is of a higher value. Where any exchanged product is of a lower value, no refund of the price difference will be provided.
Should any item be returned and not exchanged in accordance with our returns policy, the offer will no longer apply. Where you return any item without exchanging it and as a result no longer qualify for the offer (because you only purchased items from the same offer), the refund you will receive for any returned item other than the discounted one will be the cost of the returned item after deduction of the cost of the discounted item. Offer subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn without notice by Spark Etail Ltd at any time.
Spark Etail reserves the right to limit certain offers to a fixed number per customer where a customer is defined by your email address, credit card address or delivery address.
Offer has no cash alternative.
