Only natural ingredients are used to make this dark cooking chocolate from Willies Cacao. The Sambirano chefs’ drops are outstanding when used in cakes and desserts and with the summer fruit flavour in the cacao; they give an individual taste to recipes. Once the Madagascan Sambirano beans have been harvested fermented and dried they are loaded into hessian sacks and shipped directly to the chocolate factory in Devon and will be created into the end product in just three weeks. This product may contain traces of nuts.
