Petit Chablis Philippe Goulley(Burgundy France) - Philippe Goulley was a pioneer in making organic Chablis and this lovely wine has a pretty pale yellow appearance with hints of green. The nose is open and generous with red apple and pineapple flavours. The palate is flinty with depth which comes from lees ageing. Classed '2' Fairly Dry

Pievalta Verdicchio Superiore (Marche, Italy) - Tired of oaky whites? Looking for something other than Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc? Look no further than this stylish Verdicchio from the east coast of central Italy. Striking citrus fruits with the attractive nutty flavours for which this grape is rightly famous. DOC Rioja Genoli Blanco (Rioja, Spain) - The ultimate white tapas wine?! Dry bright citrus fruits all perfectly expressed with enlivening acidity from 100% Viura grapes. Unoaked light to medium-bodied yet not at all short on flavour. Classed '2' Fairly Dry

Bonterra Mendocino Chardonnay (California, USA) - So very, very good - this is top-class organic Chardonnay.  Abundant with tropical fruit flavours, served with lashings of creamy oak, it manages to be assertive, but not overwhelming. Classed '2' Fairly Dry
