These breathable nylon pouches with plastic poppers are the reason behind the leakproof reputation of the gNappy. Made with unique gBreathe™ technology, the pouch provides a waterproof barrier in the nappy while allowing your baby's delicate skin to breathe. More breathability means less rash and irritation. Each pair of gNappies comes with one gPants pouch already popped inside, but it’s a good idea to have extra for days out or just to keep at home. Pouches can be removed easily for quick and easy changes, so you can just change the pouch without changing the whole nappy.

gNappies was originally founded in Australia by an eco-conscious husband and wife team. gNappies are hybrid nappies offering all the convenience of a disposable option, without the heavy environmental impact of a conventional disposable nappy – a high-performing eco-friendly alternative and innovative solution to the problem of nappies in landfill.

How does it work? gPants form the washable outer cover. These are made of soft cotton with gentle stretch, and come in a range of vibrant colours and sizes. They offer a snug, non-bulky and comfortable fit and feature a waterproof, breathable pouch inside. Absorbent inserts are fitted inside this pouch completing the nappy. gNappies are gentle to wear and contain no nasty chemicals.

If you want to wash, choose washable inserts from gNappies made of microfleece and hemp and line these with a flushable, biodegradable liner for disposing of solids. For a convenient hybrid option, choose disposable inserts - the only 100% biodegradable disposable option on the market. gRefills are also Cradle-to-Cradle (Silver) certified.

It’s recommended you start with 6-8 gPants and a good supply of inserts.
