These lovely natural eye liner pencils allow you to contour your eyes and accent eye colour. They have an exceptionally skin-friendly formula from refined earth pigments, natural waxes, bisabolol, and aloe extract. These very creamy texture pencils allow for easy application. They can be set with powder or eye shadow powers after application so as not to smudge. Available in five shades. These pencils will literally last for ever as they do not contain water and do not have a "best by" date.
