Washable Breast / Nursing Pads - Silk / Wool / Silk - 1 Pair

They are highly recommended for breast feeding because of the qualities of both the wool and silk.
The wool is pure and soft, keeps your body warm and helps regulate temperature. It doesn’t get soiled as quickly as cotton, is highly absorbent, drawing the moisture away from your breast, and doesn’t crease.

The silk sides (finer knit) should be worn against the breast. The mulberry silk has special healing properties to help relieve the symptoms of sore or cracked nipples. As there are two sides of silk, you can turn around the pad once one side gets a little moist. However you should change the pads altogether if they get wet to avoid soreness.

Washing Instructions:
For best results we recommend you hand wash at 30ºC with a very mild detergent or wool shampoo * Don't soak, rub, wring or brush, but immerse the pads in water and gently press the water through the pads * Rinse at the same temperature as washing * To dry, roll up in a towel and squeeze out excess water * Remove from towel and dry flat in fresh air (not on a radiator).

* Only iron if necessary on wool/silk setting under a damp cloth
* Do not dry clean
* Do not tumble dry
