We’re making every effort to offer you the delivery option to suit your needs, and all of our parcels carry a tracking number as well, so you’ll always know where your order is.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Standard - £3.95: We use DPD Courier to deliver this signed for service. We make every effort to despatch orders on the same day if received before 2pm and you will receive your parcel within 2 days (weekdays only).

Next Day - £5.95: We use DPD Courier to deliver this signed for service. Your order will be despatched the same day if received before 2pm and you will receive your parcel the following day (weekdays only). This service is charged at £5.95 regardless of order value.

For a small number of remote postcodes delivery will take 2 days. Click here for a list of affected areas.

For your security all of our parcels will require a signature on delivery. Our Courier will attempt to leave your order with a neighbour, but parcels may not be left in what you consider to be a safe place. If a delivery can not be made or your parcel is left with a neighbour a card explaining this will be posted through your letterbox.

Rescheduling Deliveries: We know that plans can change at short notice! That’s why once your parcel has been loaded for delivery onto our Courier’s van you’ll receive an email letting you know of your 1hr delivery window, as well as offering you a chance to re-schedule your delivery date.

Just click from the options offered to you and wait for confirmation - It’s as simple as that and an offer that’s extended to both of our delivery options! You can then go about your day safe in the knowledge that you’ll not be missing your delivery.

Where orders are placed at a weekend or on an English bank holiday, they will be treated as if received the morning of the next working day.

We are unable to accept orders where the full address information has not been supplied. If you are unsure of your postcode please check against either Royal Mail's free Postcode Finder: www.royalmail.com or use the 'Free Postcode Finder' service at: www.postcodeanywhere.co.uk. We are also unable to accept an order where the delivery address is a PO Box, Hotel or similar.

Please also note that for first time orders where the billing and delivery addresses differ we may place a phone call with you to verify that your card is not being used without your knowledge - this is for your own protection.

Returns and Exchanges: We really hope you will be pleased with your purchase. But should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.

Here’s the small print: Please note we do not refund postage and packaging unless we have made a mistake. Toiletries and cosmetics must be unopened, and undergarments and pierced earrings can only be accepted if they have not been used. None of the conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. Finally, please note that at times of Sale our return policy for Sale items is 14 days. It's important for us to make sure that others get a chance to purchase returning items before we close our Sale Shop for another season.

How Do I Return Or Exchange An Item? To enable us to handle your exchange or return as quickly as possible, we ask you to kindly follow these instructions:

  1. Pack your order using the original packaging, and with all product tags still intact.
  2. Fill out the form on the back of your invoice to identify your customer number, order number and date of return. Then complete the table to let us know the nature of your return. If you require an exchange please complete the relevant areas. Once complete cut along the dotted line and place the bottom section within the package to be returned. Please reseal your parcel securely.
  3. Affix the peel-off return Address Label (to be found on the bottom right of your invoice) to your parcel and remove or cover the original customer address label from your parcel. (Our address is Spirit of Nature, Unit 10 Milborne Business Centre, Milborne St Andrew, Blandford Forum, Dorset, DT11 0HZ.)
  4. For a value less than £100 we suggest you post using standard 1st Class at your Post Office. If returning goods with a value greater than £100 we recommend that you post via Special Delivery at your post office. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office, we cannot take responsibility for items that fail to reach us or are insufficiently wrapped.

Where a refund is requested this will be made within 2 working days of receipt of the goods, however it can take up to 5 days for the banking system to process the funds and show them on your account.
